First Time Making Banana Anything. I loved the taste of this. I Forgot to add the vanilla in the bowl. I had to almost brush it on the mixture once it was in the pan. but It came out good. The only thing I changed from the recipe was to add more nuts. This Recipes was super easy and everyone in my family LOVED IT!

Amazing cookies. I made mine a bit smaller, scooping them out with a Tablespoon rather than a 1/4 cup. I baked for 17 Minutes. They looked 'underdone' when I take them out, but they are great once I let them cool.. Nice and chewy.

I am giving this recipe a 5 because I loved the taste. Even tough it left a greasy feeling on the lips. I did half the recipe to frost an 8 inch, 2 layer cake. I used 1 cup of butter flavored shortening. The taste was amazing. I might follow some suggestions about using butter next time. Anyhow, my family loved the taste of the frosting.. they agreed that the greasy part was "wroth it" compared to the taste. I frosted a chocolate cake they love, and they barely payed any attention to it, They were too busy telling me the frosting was good. I like this recipe! I might tweak a few things in order to get rid of a bit of the greasy part, but other than that.. PERFECT frosting.
