Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip
I agree with the review from CookinGheri. By adding the mayo, cream cheese & doubling the recipe makes this recipe more rich. The only thing I didn't like was placing it in the Pumpernickel bread bowl. The dip got cold really quick and wasn't very good. Thanks god I left some in the baking dish. This recipe MUST be served hot. Finally warm up your Nacho/Scoops/Tortillas if you can.Good Eats:)

Easy Vodka Sauce
OMG.. This was good and very easy to make. I also added 1 Tbsp. of Sugar,Oregano,Fresh Parsley & minced fresh garlic. My family loved it. I also used Absolut vodka.I was afraid of using any cheap Vodka. My local liquour store said it was better then Smirnoff.(OK it was more expensive). I also grilled some shrimp to go w/ our Penne Pasta.

Beer Brisket
I made this Beer Brisket a few Sunday's ago and My entire family lovvveedd it. I used an ale beer (yuenling) and it came out great. It cooked for about 5 hrs., I cut down on the pepper and also added a package of Lipton soup mix. Soup mix gave it some extra flavor. I also seared the brisket prior to baking. Thanks..This Recipe has been added to my collection.
