Avocado Citrus Salad
not a huge fan of the vinaigrette, but the salad came out tasty, I added an extra avocado, to balance out the citrus a bit more.

Spicy Korean Red Pepper Cucumbers
There's too much of the sauce. And I find it a bit too acidic, adding a bit of sugar and soy sauce or salt made it less acidic.
