Cream of Pumpkin Soup
Awesome! I followed all reviewer suggestions. Next time I will go ahead and use the heavy whipping cream instead of half & half to make it creamier. Hubby said it was not "thick" enough. Thank you for this wonderful recipe!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Best ever! Here are the changes I made, thanks for all of your suggestions. 2 eggs & 2 ripened mashed bananas, 1/2 cup oil & 1/2 cup applesauce, reduced to 2 cups sugar, added 1 tsp vanilla & 1/2 tsp allspice. Very, very tasty! Thank you for this recipe.

Maple Butter
Beats cookie dough for spoon licking! I used brown instead of white sugar, only because I was out of white. This will be a staple in my kitchen.
