Holiday Green Gelatin Salad
My in-laws called it green marsian food. I leave out the mayo,milk,cottage cheese and use whip topping instead. I wait for jello to soft jell and mix in small container of whip topping blending enough to see tiny chunks of jello so that it looks a bit green and white, even sometimes leaving jello in bottom undisturbed

Bread Pudding I
This is a wonderful recipe and of course I modified. I added cut and peeled two apples, a pear and cranraisens instead of raisens. And more spices- nutmeg,alspice,gound cloves,cinnamon. I then added a lemon drissle. So I guess I got an all frills bread pudding that everyone raved about at Thanksgiving

Juicy Fruit Salad
I added 1 can mango, part of a honeydew mellon, coconut and pear instead of apple and wow did it taste great. Couldn't wait to chill in frig so I threw a couple bowls in freezer to chill for just a couple minutes and it tasted great added to meal of Lasagna
