These are very easy to make and taste wonderful. A nice quick cookie bar to make for potlucks and other events.

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes with Ham

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2009
Wonderful! The grandkids loved it. Even my husband (who doesn't care for potatoes) said it was a keeper. I used 2 cups of cheddar because we like things cheesy. I also added diced, cooked ham for a one dish meal. It was great.

Chocolate Walnut Fudge

Reviewed: May 22, 2009
This recipe is great. I live at 6800 feet so making candy is a challenge because water boils at 196 deg F. This turned out wonderful. I used 12 oz milk chocolate chips instead of 1 c semisweet chocolate chips because I prefer the milder flavor. I also prefer pecans to walnuts. The grandkids can hardly leave it alone. I want to try again with butterscotch chips for a different flavor.

Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings

Reviewed: May 22, 2009
We've been sharing this recipe with everyone. We made it with baked wings (to cut down on fat) and found it was excellent. When we were frying a turkey, we decided to try frying the wings. To our deep surprise, we found we like the baked wings better. Baking seems to carmelize the flour or something. It was a definite surprise. Still this is a keeper that will be used often.
