Pumpkin Bread IV

This is the BEST pumpkin bread recipe ever! It does taste a lot better with fresh cooked organic pumpkin (if you have the time). I cut the recipe in half and it still made 1 large loaf and 5 large muffins. YUMMY!!!

Basil Shrimp

Excellent and easy! It poured the afternoon I was making this so I sauteed in a pan like another reviewer did and they were awesome! My 3 and 6 year old boys asked for seconds. i did not notice much mustard flavor...could have been the type of olive oil or mustard I used. I also only added about 2 TBSp of butter

Easy but bland. Would prefer more garlic (as a personal preference). Also, recipe says to reserve juice from beans but never tells to add it back it (I did to smooth it out more).

This was great. Easy to make and a nice alternative to the traditional Mayonnaise-laden cole slaw. Will probably cut back on the vinegar aas there was plenty of liquid after sitting all night. Thanks for sharing!!
