Cod with Italian Crumb Topping
Excellent! I avoid wheat so I used crushed vegetable rice crackers instead of bread crumbs. Delicious!

Pumpkin Bread IV
This is the BEST pumpkin bread recipe ever! It does taste a lot better with fresh cooked organic pumpkin (if you have the time). I cut the recipe in half and it still made 1 large loaf and 5 large muffins. YUMMY!!!

Savory Roasted Root Vegetables
Liked the combination of vegetables. I used fresh thyme since that's what I had, but obviously didn't use enough as it really needed more seasoning.
