I love to cook for lots of people. I never quite learned to cook for small groups. Love to entertain. My passion is my family and our 4 chocolate labs and our spaniel. They are also my favorite food test dubjects!. Soups and Stews. Wedding cakes. Foods for a crowd from starters to desserts. Beef. Chicken. All sorts of foods. New Year's Eve. We do a family dinner at midnight of Sauerkraut and pork that is a family secret recipie. A wedding feast for a friend with two days notice and 40 guests. Including a 3 tier homemade chocolate wedding cake filled with chocolate mousse and fresh sliced strawberries. Also a 3 dimensional dragon made from browies. It was to remdeem myself from "The Monster" german chocolate cake from last year My son's 23rd birthday cake. We affectionately called his german choc. cake "The Monster" it had a life of it's own! It oozed and moved across the table all by itself. Tasted good though
