Well I am a mommy who loves to cook! I have never taken any kind of cooking class although I would love to, but I grew up watching my mom and my mommo cook. Since I am out on my own now though, I have ventured out a lot into trying new dishes and cuisines! I love to cook all kinds of food really but I would have to say right now, mexican and italian. I love those dishes but I am also very familiar with them. I am pretty familiar right now with the southern dishes but love them and am getting better everytime I cook them. My favorite cuisine of all time is Indian but can't cook them that often because I am the only one in my family who will really eat them.
