World's Best Lasagna
This really is the best lasagna I've had. I made it for my family and everyone loved it. It usually makes more meat sauce than necessary, but I found that the lasagna tastes better with extra sauce anyway.

Traditional Osso Buco
This recipe is outstanding. The meat tastes even better after you've left it in the fridge overnight. The meat just sucks in all the flavour in that time.

Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich with Garlic Mayo
This recipe is perfect. I was skeptical about the number of onions and peppers but it works out nicely. I would use two medium onions though. The real kicker is definitely the garlic mayo.
