Very unique but delicious! The sweetness from the potatoes is unexpected, but works well with the bean mixture. The only addition I made was to add sour cream to the top. Very good, will make again for sure! Thanks!

This cheesecake was delicious! I made it for a birthday celebration and it was a huge hit. Will definitely be making it again. I followed the recipe exactly and it came out perfectly. Thanks for a great recipe!

This was a good macaroni and cheese recipe, better than most that I have tried. The only changes I made to the recipe was to add about 1/4 cup of milk as previously suggested and I added a little bit of butter to the actual sauce mixture. It was very creamy and had a unique flavor. Next time I make it I will probably add a bit more cheese, as the cheese flavor was a tiny bit lacking.
