Cucumbers in Cream
I made this lastnight but I like more od a vinegar tasteds so I skipped soaking in salt water and just sliced the cucumbers and onion and tossed them in a bit of vinegar added heavy cream and some pepper to taste and I did not add sugar cause it does not seen to go well with vinegar thats likee a oxymoron or dbbl negitave

Stuffed Peppers for Two
This was very easy I did it for 4 peppers 2 green and 2 yellow. I also poked a hole to allow the meats juices to escape, I used ground sirloin beef and vidalia onion. Taste was AMAZING. It's been awile since I made stuffed peppers and I did not want to use my same'ol recipe and this was PERFECT for me an my man.
