I'm a mom, wife and photographer... in that order. cheesecake, pepper steak, fried rice, pasta, bread, pizza... Now tha thte kids are old enough, we try to have one family cooking night where the meal is somehting everyone can help with. Making a REALLLY AWESOME pot roast. I always preferred my roast on the rotisserie... until I made this post roast. I couldn't even lift it out of the pan with a fork, it fell apart so easily. Pot roast is now my favorite dinner. The cheesecake for my husbands birthday. The thermostat on the oven is a little off, and I didn't realize it. I pulled the cheesecake out at the same time I always do and it was burned. Now I have an oven thermometer. Oh well... you could eat the middle of it.
