Maple Salmon

This recipe was great. The flavor of the maple blended perfectly with the soy sauce and garlic taste. My family really enjoyed it. I will make it again soon.

A neighbor gave us a bag of fresh picked carrots and we had no idea what to do with so many. I wanted the recipe that used the most amount of carrots. Needless to say, we came across this recipe and the carrots are now gone! We made this cake about 4 times. A neighbor even requested this as a birthday cake, wich they loved! The cake itself came out very moist with a great texture. I did change the sugar for one cup of brown sugar and one cup of white sugar, i added an extra teaspoon of vanilla extract, and omitted the pecans because i didn't have any in hand. This recipe is a keeper!

Chocolate-Covered OREO Cookie Cake

This recipe is so delicious! The combination of the cream cheese filling and chocolote cake were a match made in heaven!! I thought the glaze would over power the cake, but i was wrong. It added a welcoming texture and complimented the cake. My family loved it,so I am going to bake it again as a birthday cake for a oreo fanatic. I love that the cake itself has a great presentation and does look like a giant oreo!!!

Banana Banana Bread

This was my first time making any type of sweet bread and it came out great!! I love that the main ingredient is bananas not just a small amount. This is the only recipe i saw that only used the ingredients i already had in my house; no need to run to the grocery store. This was a quick easy recipe that kept my bananas from going in the trash :)

Yummy Lemon Salmon Burgers

My family rated this burger a 4.5. The ingredients worked well together and the dressing gave it a nice kick. Will definetly make again.

Sweet Potato Minestrone

This is a great recipe while our family is on lent. It was very easy to make, and the flavors combined perfectly. I didn't have any stock so i added some vegetable soup seasoning and it came out perfect. I also added about a cup of water extra because I think I added more vegetable quantity than it called for. I will make this again :)

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

My family and I loved this stuffing. It was my first time making stuffing from scratch so i followed the recipe and it came about great!! I love the apple crunch to it. Will definetly make it again.
