I'm over 50, and don't want to eat much fat, nor deep-fried foods. I'm also Lactose Intolerant, so I don't cook with cheese or cream. But, meat and vegetables don't digest well when mixed with dairy products anyway, so I guess you could say I'm into "healthy cooking".
My favorite things to cook
Chicken - the more variety, the better;
Chili - with beef, chicken, turkey, or even tofu; Cuban black beans - the real thing; Tasty pasta dishes without dairy products; Baking - bread, buns, pies, and cookies (with less sugar than most recipes).

Cuban black beans - recipe obtained from a Cuban restaurant in Tampa, FLA; Swiss Steak; Christmas Stollen; Apple pie.
