excellent easy cornbread. not sweet for those looking for a savory bread. made it in muffin tins and divided it equally between 12 muffins and sprinkled with a little extra cheese. baked for approx. 20 mins. these were amazing with our homemade chili.

This is one of those perfect recipes. It was very easy to make. It tastes amazing (especially if you aren't into super sweet things like myself). And it looks like something you'd buy at a fancy downtown bakery. This was my pre-T'giving breakfast practice run and the only thing I'm changing for the "Big Show" is to be a tad more persnickety about the placement of the cranberries and nuts just for added visual appeal.
