Anything quick and easy is always helpful, but my favortie is making something Italian-letting the seasonings fly!
My cooking tragedies
Making a meatloaf for the 1st time 26 years ago for my husband-it was terrible according to my husband because it wasn't like his moms.

Quick and Easy Chicken
I doubled the ingredients and added 2 tbsp of chopped garlic. My husband loved it, I thought it could use maybe some pineapple-will try it next time. Other than that, it was great on top of brown rice.
