Fiesta Fry Pan Dinner
Great tasting fast meal! I only used 1/2 the taco seasoning and instead of zucchini I added celery with the onions to sautee. I will make this again, next time add some black beans I think.

Mango Salsa
I added cherry tomatoes, quartered. This is so delicious. Made it with chicken breasts in a honey-curry dressing. My favorite salsa to make!

Soft Chocolate Cookies
Exactly what I was looking for! Nice and chewy, and very chocolatey! I did attempt to make them without chilling the dough, DONT! Its too messy.
