I am a firefighter. A captian on an 85' aireal platform. I have been a firehouse cook for 35 years. I do all of the cooking for my crew at the fire station, home and many family get-togethers.

I'll try anything. Pastas with tomato based sauses. Soups, stews, BBQ, rice dishes, salads, cakes, pies, etc., etc., etc.,
