Chocolate Chip Cheesecake I

this is a nice recipe.. the only thing you must look out for is to bake it for 35 minutes not more.. i baked it for 45 and it was too much... if you put in water bath it makes cake moist..

ok..i followed the recipe exactly..i just added 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1/2 tsp nutmeg..made a huge difference in the taste..the only thing is that i didn't have room in my freezer..so i put it in the fridge instead..turned out very moist..and delicious..one thing though..i would advise that you make HALF of the cream cheese frosting..as it is too much..i only could use half of it..and had to put the other half in fridge..next time i wont frost the cake..it's just too sweet..but thank you for this lovely recipe..Rana

Too Much Chocolate Cake

wow..wow..wow..oh i forgot to mention... WOW..what a lovely cake..made it for a family even... so moist.. and chocolaty.. i added 1/2 cup of oil not 1 ... and added 1 cup of chocolate chips.. was so good.. im making it again for my daughter school party tomorrow.. very good recipe.. its a keeper.. thank you very much.. rana

Best Ever Chocolate Cutout Cookies

HELP...i made this recipe but i dont know why the dough keeps falling apart and breaking when i roll it out.. please tell me what i did wrong.i followed exact ingredience exept i added one extra egg yolk..i rapped them in wax paper and left in fridge over night.but i didnt put them in plastic bag.. only in wax paper..but they were rapped well.. please send me any suggestions cuase my husband really loved the taste and i did too.. would love it if i could get it right...

Cake Balls

i made these as a trial.. they turned out great.. i baked a chocolate cake and vanilla cake.. used half of both.. left rest for kids to eat.. crumbled the halfs.. then added vanilla frosting..dipped them in dark chocolate..i used a review advice..put them in fridge over night.in freezer.then dipped in chocolate.my guests liked them.thank u for this lovely recipe..Rana

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

wow.wow.wow. i made these as a trial before xmas.. they turned out great.. easy to roll.. nice and soft.. and my friends loved them.. i added lemon zest to it.. gave it a kick... thank you for this wonderful recipe..Rana

Orange Juice Cake

the reason i give a a 2 is that the cake is heavy and too sticky.. the syrup is way too much for it.. and didnt really taste the orange in it..might do it again without the syrup.. cause the cake its self is nice..i added orange zest and jello..

Self-Filled Cupcakes II

i tried the recipe twice.. the cup cakes were juicy but the filling did not come out good.. it was stuck at the bottom!! but all in all its a good recipe
