Make-Ahead Mashed Potatoes
I always make these for Thanksgiving. Its great because it saves me a lot of time making them early!

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing
I've used this recipe for the last few Thanksgivings - its wonderful! It always gets rave reviews. Last year I left out the liver because I'm not a liver fan and it still was great. I'll be making it again this year.
