Zucchini Parmigiana
Was ok...turned out to be really filling. Too heavy for a full meal, would love as a side. We had so much left over we froze it to eat later!

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches
Loved this. I let cook on low for 18 hours so tender! We took it to a football tailgate and it was a hit!
