I have never found a recipe that has made me like carrots, however this recipe at least made me want to try them! They still tasted like carrots to me, but everyone else at the table loved them! I have made this recipe several times and I think it is perfect as is.

Corn Dog Muffins

These were do much fun! I made them for the kids I babysit and they loved them! I chopped the hot dogs into tiny and slices and mixed it into the cornmeal mixture. The kids loved them and I enjoyed them as well. I will definitely be making these again.

Lemon-Thyme Cornish Hens

It smelled wonderful while it was cooking and it turned out beautiful! However, I did not like the actual taste of the bird. My fiance really liked it though and devoured his!

Potato and Cheddar Soup

This was a great recipe! Like a lot of the other reviews, I cooked the onions in the butter before I added it to the soup. It was a delicious hearty soup!

Taco Pies

This was a very easy recipe to make. I added taco seasoning and chopped onion to the ground be to spice it up some more. Thanks for a great recipe.

Chicken and Corn Chili

This was a delicious recipe! I added a little more spice to mine because the pinto beans seemed to make it really sweet. I also used black beans. It is definitely something I will make again!

Onion Roasted Sweet Potatoes

My fiancee and I loved this dish. It's definitely a change from the cinnamon taste that usually goes along with Sweet Potatoes. I used the onion mix, but I also added some sauteed onions. I substituted veg. oil with olive oil.

Broccoli with Garlic Butter and Cashews

I loved this recipe! My fiancee that is was a very nice change to our usual steamed broccoli. I halved the amount of butter the recipe called for and used olive oil instead. Also, I am allergic to cashews so we added chopped almonds. They were very tasty. Thanks for a great recipe!
