I am in the 6th grade. A couple of years ago i started baking and occacionally cooking. I enjoy baking and the people I bake for enjoy eating the stuff i bake. I have a little toy poodle. His name is Rome, and i love to bake doggie treats for him. My mom's side of the family is asian so i can learn some very original chinese/cambodian cooking. I love cooking bread, cookies, cake, brownies. I like working with puff pastry because i love when it bakes, it puffs up and is very delicious. I also enjoy cooking pancakes. I have found the best recipe and are using it for my weekend breakfasts. My uncle is a very well cook. Although he is Asian 100 precent, he enjoys italian cooking and spanish and he also loves making louisianan food. My grandma is the one who cooks the asian food. We eat food made by everyone, my uncle makes the turkey. I bring the dessert to the thanksgiving table. We really don't eat christmas feasts. We eat whatever noodle soup my grandma made that week. I can bake alot of cookies with out failing. I can also make a mean pancake. I can make any dessert recipe for the first time and it be good enough to serve to my family and friends. I cannot make homemade puff pastry. I have to buy the sheets of pastry at the store if i want it to be a success.
