French Bread
I made this without the corn meal or seeds, but it still turned out great. I used the dough to make bread bowls instead of loaves and it was perfect. I didn't have to coat the inside of the cut out bread to prevent sogginess. I will use this recipe again. thanks

Buttermilk Honey Wheat Bread
the family was all over this when it came out of the oven. It was a little crumbly for sandwhich bread, but a good snack or dinner bread.

Tortillas I
these are the best ever! my family is hooked and doesn't like the store bought ones anymore. I add about a 1/2 teaspoon of yeast and it helps make extra bubbles, have to be careful about letting the dough get cold or it doesn't roll well. I also like to use butter flavored shotening.
