Rotini Pasta Bake
This has turned into a family favorite. I season my meat well (salt, pepper, garlic, italian season) I also had some italian sausage for extra flavor (I use ground turkey and turkey sausage) I really like sauce so I use two jars of pasta sauce. And to make it super yummy I add parm cheese to the mixture before putting it in the pan.

Shortbread Cookies II
Yummy!! These cookies are great. I don't have a cookie press so I just formed little balls and flattened them on the cookie sheet. My cookies took much longer to cook, about 15-20 mins. Not sure if my oven is off or what,but I cooked them until I saw the edges begin to brown. They make about 4 dozen cookies. Second time I made them I used lemon extract instead of vanilla, gave them really nice flavor.
