White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Reviewed: Oct. 10, 2009
Made this for the first time a couple of nights ago, and was highly impressed! My husband and I both really enjoyed it, and I definitely plan on making it again. I do recommend using the no boil noodles if you want to dirty less pans. Also, I added fresh mushrooms to it, and was so happy I did! They added a nice taste to it all! I highly recommend trying this recipe!

Japanese Zucchini and Onions

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2009
This was soooo good! We will definitely be making this one of our regular dishes from now on! It was easy to prep/ cook and tasted delicious! We did use a spicy stir fry sauce in place of the teriyaki sauce, but it tastes alot like teriyaki sauce. If you're thinking about trying this recipe, I highly recommend it!

Almond-Crusted Tilapia

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2009
This was so good! My husband and I both loved it! I did bake it in the oven instead of cooking it in a skillet, and I think that was a very good idea! :) Outside was tasty and crunchy and the inside was soft and moist. I also used bread crumbs instead of flour. If you like Tilapia, you HAVE to try this recipe! I will definitely be making it again.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: May 7, 2009
My husband and I both LOVE blueberry muffins, and these were pretty tasty! They could've used a little more cinnamon and maybe some vanilla extract. Next time I make them, I think I will make those changes, but all in all they were good and fairly easy to make.

Deep Fried Mushrooms

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2009
Very good recipe. I agree w/ alot of the other reviews, the mushrooms needed to be a tad bit crispier, so I added italian bread crumbs in with the flour. Made them taste AWESOME! Will definitely be making them again. Too easy and too tasty not to! :)
