About this Cook
I am a mother and wife and I am madly in love with both of my guys! I am fun- loving yet pretty laid back. I am too compassionate for my own good. I love cooking and I love make-up! I have a passion for anything art- related, whether it be drawing or music or dancing! I like to think I am unique and eccentric. :)
My favorite things to cook
Foods that make people go,"Wow!" Foods that brighten people's day the moment they taste it! I make alot of dishes using chicken and ground turkey. I try to find ways to add garlic salt, mushrooms, and/ or bell peppers to ALMOST everything I cook, lol!
My cooking triumphs
Baklava- a friend of mine had told me about it and how good it was. I had never had it. A week later I made it myself and brought some to her. She said it was amazing! I was very pleased with myself! :)

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna
Made this for the first time a couple of nights ago, and was highly impressed! My husband and I both really enjoyed it, and I definitely plan on making it again. I do recommend using the no boil noodles if you want to dirty less pans. Also, I added fresh mushrooms to it, and was so happy I did! They added a nice taste to it all! I highly recommend trying this recipe!

Egg Drop Soup II
This recipes was awesome! The soup was delicious! We did add a little more soy sauce than what was recommended as well. We will definitely be making this soup again and again!

Japanese Zucchini and Onions
This was soooo good! We will definitely be making this one of our regular dishes from now on! It was easy to prep/ cook and tasted delicious! We did use a spicy stir fry sauce in place of the teriyaki sauce, but it tastes alot like teriyaki sauce. If you're thinking about trying this recipe, I highly recommend it!
