Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi

Homemade Crispy Seasoned French Fries
I used sweet potatoes instead of normal tomatoes and they were really good. I don't think I left the fries in the oil long enough because some weren't as crunchy as others. I would make it again though, very good!

Beer Batter Fish Fillets
I used catfish, skipped the dill, added some flour to the batter because it was kind of runny, like other reviewers said. The end result was delicious!
