Mozzarella Tomatoes
This was great. I used cubed stuffing bread and added more veggies, such as 1/4 chopped vidallia onion, 1 celery stalk, 1 green onion, and chopped mushroom. Sometimes I add sliced black olives if I have some. I also make sure to add extra seasoning (even though I buy seasoned bread cubes) such as ground black pepper, basil, and a hint of oregano. It's a big hit and a healthier alternative to pizza. I also eliminate the melted butter, it's not necessary for the bread cubes and it only softens them up.

Heavenly White Cake
I absolutely love this cake, and everyone keeps raving about it every time I make it. I used the extra 1/2 cup of milk(I use 1%), I use I can't believe it's not butter, and i use 2 tsp of vanilla extract and omit the almond extract. I also followed the advice to make the meringue last and fold it in to the batter rather than beating it in. It really is a heavenly cake! I used the recipe on this site for buttercream frosting and it is a to die-for recipe!

Pumpkin Chili
I loved this recipe, but I made a few changes because I used what I had in the kitchen...I browned 1 1/4 lbs of ground turkey meat with some frozen diced green peppers and onions, i used 1 can of Bush's mild chili magic and 1 can of Bush's mild chili beans, 1 cup of mild salsa, 1tbsp of cinnamon, 2 pieces chopped celery, 2 spoonfuls minced garlic, a sprinkle of thyme leaves and a sprinkle of crushed red pepper, and the 1/2 can of pumpkin. I omitted the remaining ingredients the recipe calls for, because the bush's chili beans already have the spices and tomato paste. This recipe is not spicy at all (just the way my family likes it!) and it is very easy! I don't have a stove so i had to use an electric skillet and a crockpot.
