A pumkin pie with no sugar...EW! The latest was a Flan that cracked...I covered with berries and a sprig of mint and it turned out just fine. YAY!

Venison Bacon Burgers
Absolutely the best burger I have EVER had - I may have tweeked here and there (I never truely measure anything unless baking) but for the most part followed the recipe. I think I'll make these again this weekend.

Creolized Stuffed Chicken Breasts
This will go in rotation for my family. I used Conecuh - what a kick! It was too spicey for my daughter but my husband and I loved it. I used Ranch since we are not Bleu Cheese eaters.
