Baked Brie with Caramelized Onions
I was very surprised by how yummy this was. I put minced garlic in with the onions instead of having garlic on top. A big hit with the crowd.

Baked Brie in Phyllo with Mango Chutney
The chutney I bought was a little too tart, but still good. I used pastry dough instead of phyllo and it worked beautifully.

Dried Cherries, Pecans and Rosemary Brie en Croute
I used Craisens instead of cherries, and it was a big hit. I used a smaller wheel of cheese, but still kept the measurements generally the same. Will make again!
