Bill's Sausage Gravy
This was a simple recipe but it has absolutely no taste, I had to doctor the recipe to try to make it taste like a sausage gravy instead of flour and milk. I'll keep searching for a better one.

Mini Meatloaves
these were very simple and easy! I made them in my jumbo muffin tins, they had to bake a little longer but they were very tasty. I would use less brown sugar next time. I didn't like how sweet the sauce was.

Chocolate Eclair Squares
This was a hit! It was Tasty and light. I'm not a fan of the heavy desserts. I will make this again but I will probably make it chocolate, by using chocolate pudding, this is a vanilla eclair in my opinion.
