After four decades plus living in Center City Philadelphia, I've embarked on a journey to (re)discover my kitchen! Years of living near dozens of great restaurants etc, I grew spoiled - but now I truly do get 'the joy of cooking'!! so far, i've been experimenting with meatloaves, chicken dishes and gave my hand at stuffed peppers. My Nana - she just passed on this fall at the brilliant age of 101!! Perhaps that is part of my desire to embrace the recipe box! for years i had trouble making ice cubes - so there's only one direction for me to go... UP!
