Ultimate Party Meatballs
I added a package of chili seasoning mix and it was perfect. I also used whole cranberry sauce instead of jellied.

Beef Enchiladas I
Okay, I can already tell this will be a family favorite. I would however substitute enchilada sauce for the tomato.

Baked Potato Soup
Very good as is. I tripled the recipe. And happened to have some leftover ham so I threw that in but otherwise stuck to the recipe. After cooking for a few minutes, I put in in the crockpot to keep for 3 or 4 hours. Worked fine.
