My chosen profession is Nursing but have been a wife and mother for over 35 years. Love to cook for my family and friends. My favorite things to cook are Brunch type meals, holiday dinners and anything baked. Especially when winter weather sets in I always get the baking bug. Big Christmas dinners with the whole family and everything homemade from scratch. The yeast dinner rolls that I won a ribbon with in the County Fair. My Mother-in-law taught me how to make them with the simplest recipe.
