Yep, I said it. Fick making banana bread anymore. I have moved on, and so should you. Here is why...1. B. Bread takes way to long to bake. Who likes to stand around for bread. not me.2. Anything cooked that long gets over done on the outer crust. That = perfect in the center, dry and over brown… MORE

Felix K.'s 'Don't even try to say these aren't the best you've ever eaten, because they are' Chocolate Chip Cookies
sorry. but they are NOT the best. they taste like cooked cookie dough. BORING. if you are looking for a good ol' chocolate chip cookie, tried and true, just make toll house.

Pumpkin Muffins II
Very good muffins. I tweaked them of course... I used melted butter, not oil. I make my own pumpkin pie spice at home, and it has ginger in it. Used 2 1/2 cups pumpkin, and 1/2 cup whole milk. Set aside 1/4 of batter, and mixed it with 1 egg, 1 package softened cream cheese, and 1/3 cup raw sugar. blended until smooth. next I topped each muffin with a spoonful of the cream cheese goodness before baking. they came out super moist and the pumpkin cream cheese was a built in topping! yum yum.
