Garlic Mashed Red Potatoes
This was really good and super easy! Leave the skins on the potatoes, it makes for a flavorful and beautiful presentation!

Roasted Asparagus With Thyme
Super! The thyme adds such flavor to the asparagus! These were delicious!

Chicken Marsala
DELICIOUS! I did add a slurry at the end, to thicken up the sauce. The combination of sherry and sweet marsala wines is wonderful! I added garlic & onions to the oil/butter, prior to browning the chicken. Do what you like, it's a great recipe!!
