I am married and have 2 beautiful children, Julian & Madison. I relocated from NYC to Raleigh, NC area. I like to make desserts and am interested in learning new things. Curry Chicken, Curry Beef, Pancakes, Omelettes, Cheesecakes, Oxtails Guyanese Christmas Pepperpot (I cannot make this). Saltfish cakes ( these are so good). Pancakes for my wife. I am getting better at making cheesecake. My curry beef is the best in my entire family and I have only been making it for 6 years. My chicken soup was a complete disaster. I made it with noodles AND potatoes..can you say "thick"...terrible...
