Grilled Pork with Hot Mustard
Only made the mustard as I was needing something quick to spruce up a ham and I happened to have those three things on hand. Yum-o!

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes
A total hit! I baked the potatoes the a couple days before and kept them in the fridge... they scooped out easily! After preparing them in the morning, I kept them in fridge til half hour before dinner then baked. Great time saver-- great side dish-- definitely a staple when I entertain!

Baked Potato Soup
I'm a teacher and since taking this to school one day for a pot-luck lunch, it has become a request!! My co-workers loved it, especially the men- it's hearty and filling! My husband and 3 sons like it too-- will be making it for our new year's eve sledding party!
