About this Cook
I have picky eaters in my house. Everyone likes something different. My husband considers himself the cook of the house. I am taking him on :)! I like to bake, but try not to bake too much because I eat it. Time is always an issue in my house so I like quick, easy and good recipies. Game on baby!
My favorite things to cook
Deserts and even though it is not really cooking... I love to make salads.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My mom always made me my favorite things on my birthday...
My cooking triumphs
According to my husband... not many, but if you ask my kids they would tell you I make great desert and that I am a good cook. My husband just likes a lot of garlic and onions and does not like rice or pasta so.... clearly he is crazy (said with all the love in the world for my honey) :).
My cooking tragedies
I am sure they lie ahead!

Fry Bread Tacos II
TIP: Buy Rhoades Frozen White Rolls for the scones. Let them unthaw for about an hour, roll out and fry up. Also, instead of hamburger. I use chili (either homemade or in a can). Ranch instead of sour cream is great also. I have grown up eating these and they are a favorite of my own family now.
