I actually enjoy horseback riding, but camping is the closest option to choose on here. New things!! I usuall cook all the holiday dinners. Usually for just the inlaws and my parents, since we don't have any kids, but it's usually 8-12 people. I finally experimented enough to find an excellent chili recipe. But it takes a while to prepare!! And I make a mean Carolina pulled pork!! My first attempt at homemade cream of potato soup ( lets put it this way, no one got to try it)
