this cake is great!i made it for my boyfriend's family and my boyfriend said his whole family finished all the cake in a second!the next day i went to his house his mother even ask me for the recipe!

this frosting is delicious!definitely use this one each time i bake a cake.but make sure you stir the milk-flour mixture while you heated to make sure there are no lumps and beat it for a while before you add into the butter-sugar mixture.

DELICIOUS! definitely a keeper.i made for my boyfriend and he ate all the cookies in a day.i added more chocolate and it tasted soooo yummy.thanks for the recipe :)

Black Chocolate Cake

i dont know what i did wrong.i was so dissapointed with this cake.it tasted like rubber and i ended throwing the whole cake.maybe because of the shortening i used.maybe if i ever decided to give this recipe another chance i'll use butter instead.

Simple White Cake

i made this cake last night and i guess it was ok..like some other reviewers said it had a cornbread element..i did increase the milk like others suggested but for me it's still not the best white cake i've ever tasted.i also think the cake was a bit too sweet.3/4 cup sugar would be enough.
