I was married in September of 2008. Now that I am married, my life has calmed down a little bit and I am able to enjoy some other things that make me happy. I love to try new recipes and make people happy with what I have created!

Almost Stuffed Peppers
I thought this recipe was very good. The only thing I did different was add a small can of tomato sauce and sprinkled a little bit of cheese on top at the end to make it more like an actual stuffed green pepper. I do think this recipe might need a little bit more green pepper because it mostly tastes like hamburger and rice in a tomato sauce. I will make this again though because it is a lot easier than stuffing the pepper.

Inside Out Ravioli I
I loved this! I followed the recipe, except I added 1 cup of cottage cheese. This made 4 huge meals for my husband and I. The next time I make it, I will freeze half of it. This is one that you need to try!

Trish's Tuna Casserole
The flavor of this casserole was very good, but it was very dry. The only thing I did different was sautee the chopped onion in some butter first. The next time I make this, I will use less noodles. But, it was an easy weeknight dinner and with a little bit of tweaking, this could be a 5 star recipe!
