Chicken Enchiladas II
These are yummy. The white sauce adds a lot of flavor and moisture to the chicken. I've tried it both with and without sour cream, both are great, but it's better with the sour cream I think.

Exquisite Pizza Sauce
This recipe was great!!! We used it as a pizza sauce and as a spaghetti sauce. I put a teaspoon of garlic powder in place of onion powder. Also added two cloves of garlic. Added about a quarter teaspoon of thyme. Fresh basil tastes great too, instead of ground basil! I skipped oregano because we ran out, but because of all the other ingredients in it, it tasted great! This is definetely my favorite sauce.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
Delicious! And not that hard to make, either. I reccoment really pounding that chicken down or buying it tenderized. The sauce is delicious! And I didn't use all whipping cream, but instead 2/3 of it whipping cream and 1/3 lowfat milk. you could probably sub more.
