Wonderful and compliments the flavors of the blackberrys without being too sweet or too tart. Delicious a la mode or by itself. This recipe was a sinch to follow and the finished product is sensational!

Sausage Balls

These are exellent and easy to make. If your mixture is a little too stiff or you don't have 20 mins to let the sausage to get to room temp - simply add a tablespoon of cooking oil to the mixture which helps the ingredients mix a little easier.
