Apple Cheese Pizza

not bad second time i tried it with ricotta in place of the cream cheese cause i have a cream cheese hater in the house it came out ok but the original (YOUR ver is better)

it is real tasty i keep hot sauce and grated cheese on the table for it now for the bad news as one reviewer had a problem with the pasta cook it separetly add a scoop to the serving dish then add soup left over pasta left in the soup turns to mush the next day

if you don't have sweet taters try the lazy mans way it won't be the same flavor but i think it's a cousin to it try canned pumpkin or squash

spicy yes really hot no not at all eliminate the sugar you will fing that the combo of sweet basil and the sweet onion is more than enough

very very nice if you are watching your sodium check the amt in your fav brand of chick granules some brands being very high in sodium you can safley omit the 1/2 tsp of salt without any sacrifice in taste

Zucchini Parmigiana

great recipe we have made this (similar) for 50 yrs the only thing we do diff is we use 4 whole eggs to dip the zucchini in. but swapping out the cheeses or not breading the zucchini it is not the same (and) i dare say not as good as this is

GREAT and FUN way to use up the various last bits of pastas in the pantry only thing is i make my own gravy (sauce) i can't deal with the jarred. i give it 4.5 stars it would get 5 if it not for the jarred stuff

keep in mind people that a 10 oz pack of frozen spin. is more like a 16 oz pkg of fresh because it is already trimmed of all the waste so if you are using fresh go for the large bag

Veggie Burgers

a true great veggie burger 1ST class i am not a major fan of them but i get in the mood for one this is how it should be. when you get those ones in the store that at stuff to attempt a meat flavor are so bad that you can stuff them in the toilet and not no the diff. if you catch my drift

Gorgonzola Bread

use butter the oil is too heavy of a flavor and changes the taste also though not as nice as the gorgonzola you can use any blue cheese (reg blues are a bit less costly)

Fettucine in Creamy Mushroom and Sage Sauce

sage is one of the few herbs that fall into the love/hate dept for the lovers this is a GREAT RECIPE for those who fall into the otherside , the hate dept try the same amt of perhaps pumpkin spice or blend up a bit of allspice,cinn, nutneg inplace of the sage OR replace the sage with rosemary
