Spinach and Strawberry Salad
I add a little fresh squeezed lemon juice, substitute honey instead of sugar, and leave out the sesame seeds. It's a hit.

BAKER'S ONE BOWL Brownies
This is the best brownie recipe out there. I use this as the base for regular brownies, cheesecake brownies, caramel brownies, and loaded brownies. It consistently yields moist, chewy, dense brownies.

Turtle Cheesecake
I made this cheesecake for my own birthday party. I used the nilla wafers for the crust, however I added some finely chopped pecans to the crust. I also added a semi sweet chocolate ganache to cover the whole cake, sprinkled chopped pecans, and drizzled caramel over the top. It looked beautiful and tasted great.
