Upside Down Pumpkin Cake
I wanted to make something new, and we love pumpkin, wow...was I glad that I tried this one, it is Ohhhh, soooo goood!I made this exactly as written, and it came out perfectly, it was everything I had hoped it would be! It is much more exciting and tasy than eating just plain pumpkin pie and I love pumpkin pie! I can't say enough about how happy I am to have stumbled across this recipe, it will be a family favorite for years to come!

Makeover Morning Glory Muffins
I made this recipe just as it is written, using all Organic ingredients. My husband and I both love these muffins! They taste so good and are so healthy, it makes you feel good about eating them! The batter is thicker and I found that dividing the batter into 18 muffins is just right. I found mine was more than 3/4 full right about to the top and even a little heaping, and they turned out to be perfect in every way, size, texture, moistness, taste...this will definitely become a new favorite in our household!

World's Best Lasagna
I have to give this recipe the Very Best rating possible! I was pretty hesitant to try this recipe as I always thought I had the best recipe for Lasagna, but I thought I'd give it a try, and WOW! I now believe that this likely is the World's BEST Lasagna! Actually, when I made it the first time, I thought to myself that the sauce would be excellent used for Spaghetti, so now I use the sauce recipe for Spaghetti also, it couldn't be more perfect! I've never had better Lasagna than this, although I did use a little more water, and a little more crushed tomatoes, I also used 1 1/2 pounds of ground sausage and 1 pound of ground beef from Wholefoods and I used all organic ingredients, which is my personal preference, but you just can't go wrong with this recipe. Try making just the sauce part of it for your next batch of spaghetti, and you will never be able to use bottled spaghetti sauce again! I made my own sauce before, but it doesn't compare to this recipe! I'd give this recipe more stars if I could!
